ORDERING
Once you have pressed the “place order” and the credit card issuer has approved your credit card details, the item is recorded as purchased.
Your order is confirmed via an electronic invoice that you receive in an email immediately after you approve your purchase. All prices on the website are including Danish VAT and are the same prices as on the gallery.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

In the Online Gallery store can pay with Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay via QuickPay is approved to handle these debit card in a secure manner so that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction. The amount of the goods shall be deducted only when goods are shipped from Gallery Vetro. There can never be pulled a larger amount than you have approved at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY
Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. By EVS. longer delivery time, you will be notified per. email immediately after your order.

SHIPPING
Shipping will be sent by Post Denmark and costs 29.0-us. for jewelry.

COMPLAINTS
If you want to complain about a product, please call or write immediately to the Gallery Vetro also if the item is damaged during shipment. The customer has a 24 month warranty.

RETURN
In force from the date of receipt, you have 14 days return to sender address.
Please be aware that you even have to bear the costs associated with returning the goods.

Gallery Vetro reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. The piece must not be used and must be in the same condition as received.
